wedding photography

Will you photograph us?

I am inclusive to all couples, individuals or companies. I love and accept all people, so yes, I will photograph you.

 Do you offer engagement sessions?

Yes, I do! These are separate from any wedding bookings. I can even help you pick the perfect location. Please inquire for more information.

So where are you located?

I am located in South Florida. I am happy to travel wherever you are… have camera, will travel, as they say. Reach out for more Travel details.

How long will I have access to my photos?

You will have online access to your session gallery for eternity.

What gear do you use and do you bring backup equipment with you?

I use top of the line Canon gear and I make sure to bring backup equipment to every wedding…just in case.

Are you insured?

Yes I am insured, and can provide your venue with a certificate of insurance if necessary.

What primary photographic style do you identify with?

I consider myself a Fine Art Photojournalist.

How many photographers do you work with?

On the day of, I am happy to bring on a second photographer if your event is larger or has a large number of people. There is an additional cost to hire help, as it also brings additional images to go through.

Do you have a replacement wedding photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?

Absolutely. I am part of a large network of photographers and I can ensure that your event will be covered by a professional that I have vetted in a worst-case scenario where I am sick or an act of God prevents me from being there. This is not exclusive to South Florida!

What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that we provide your meal?

A general rule of thumb is if your event is going to go on for over four hours, I will need to eat something. I break for 10-15 minutes during the dinner hour.

How soon after our wedding will our proofs be ready?

4 weeks, with a blog post viewable online two weeks after your wedding.

In what format are the initial proofs offered?

You will receive large and web-sized JPEG images. Raw files are not provided.

What is your pricing?

My pricing is based on an hourly rate, please contact me for more information.

Do you edit all of our photographs?

I edit the photographs that turn out great. I sort through the entire take, then select only the best. On average I deliver 75-100 photos from each hour of your event.

Do you also provide video services?

Yes, I can. This is an option to discuss with me! We would need to talk about hiring an additional videographer, to shoot then edit.

Do you have past clients we can speak to as references?

Yes, please look at my info page here!

Can some of our photos be delivered in black & white and color?

Photos are traditionally delivered in color, however, if there is a good reason to make an image black and white I will do it. I generally do this when I am working with images that are very similar so they dont look like duplicates. Adding some black and white images can also create a more timeless gallery.

What is the “online gallery” you mention in your collections?

You will receive a gallery, with all the deliverable photos in addition to a download link sent to your email.

Do you take posed family photos?

I shoot all sorts of traditional photos, bride and groom, bridal parties, and their respective families.

Can we provide you with a “shot list” or “must-take pictures”?

Traditionally when hiring me as a wedding photographer, you can trust that I know the images that you’ll want to be documented. However, you are welcome to provide me with information on critical pictures that might be specific and important to you!

How long have you been in business and how many weddings have you photographed?

In short, I’ve been into photography for over a decade, and photographed over 50 weddings.

Can you hold a date for me? Can we pay you part of the amount after the wedding?

I can hold a date with a signed contract and paid deposit of 50%. You can receive a 10% discount if paid in full.

The remainder is due by the day of the event. Pictures aren’t sent out until payment has been received.

If I need to cancel my wedding, is the retainer refundable?

Please reach out to learn more about details on my contract regarding these policies.

…but what about Covid?

I will employ a trusted photographer to capture your wedding in the event of getting sick.
