  • working class jobs I suggest just asking if the candidate has the ability to do the job then hire, some of us just need jobs.

society level jobs I suggest asking if they have the ability to do the job, then more complex difficult thinking questions as you do, then hire.

Thats all I have to say on that subject.

  • When I was young adult I wanted, and knew I could be a millionaire. Then I thought about a billion. Then I thought about life after living. I thought what would all that money be used for if we are only living  until our 70’s. I couldn’t justify keeping it, nor did I want it. But what if we extended life, and what if we got more billionaires storing money, and not spending it. What if I figured it out, and got to a billion. Could I justify the money just sitting there. Could I justify keeping a billion if the purpose was just to feel secure.

I want finical security just like everyone else. But what about the people on the street, what about the single mother who has a car payment that’s a month late. That’s why I want a billion. No that’s why I want 20 billion. To serve the people.

That isn’t what happened though, and life hit me like a ton of bricks. Life hits allot of people like a ton of bricks. Can we not have a discussion about why that money sitting there is not being used properly. I’m not saying give all your money away, but I am saying why not help people if you have the means. Why not spend 500 million if you have a billion.

I’d like to introduce an idea called life assist. It’s not a charity. It’s a system set up that would go directly to those who have struggles that they can’t get out of. It’s an idea to give people breathing room. We can’t survive like this with people hoarding money. I’m not a socialist, you can keep your money if you don’t want to help. I’m simply stating there are people in life who really need help, and there are people who can help them.

I’m fully aware this will fall on deaf ears, but for those who have a billion, can we agree it’s beneficial to your heart to help those who can’t get out from drowning. We need to re group, and help re establish this American dream.

What I’d like people to be made aware of is that we may in our lifetime figure out how to live forever, how to extend our time here. We as people can figure this out, and if we do. Don’t you want to see everyone succeed in finding happiness. Happiness can be found at $20 hour, just like happiness can be found at a billion dollar pay out. We need to re establish the idea that more isn’t better. Better is believing that happiness can be found getting off work, and arriving home to shelter, and finding peace that your next meal is there waiting for you. It’s crying at the end of an amazing film. It’s appreciating what you have, and the experiences we hold as human beings. If we were to realize that we can bring happiness, and security to people who really need it, why then would you not want to invest into meeting peoples basic needs. The basic needs we as people have should be a standard practice as Americans.

I am a Buddhist, and I do believe in the betterment of others. I’m not saying give all your money away like I would. I’m stating you could give, and we could re work the system to go directly to those who don’t have basic needs met.

This life assist idea is meant to bring happiness to those who live paycheck to paycheck. You can still find happiness at that level of life. That’s the idea of appreciating what you have. The idea then becomes to relieve the stress of that overdue car payment. I’m suggesting giving money directly to those who can’t breathe. If I ever do make it to 20 billion with my platform that money will be spent to pick up the homeless, and re home everyone. That’s the figure I was told we need to get everyone off the street. I can’t get them up yet, as I’m clearly not there yet. What I do know is that I am more aware of happy moments as a broke 36 year old, and if I had a little help I could sustain my happiness through  hard times.

This life assist idea is meant to bring fulfillment to the billionaire, and to the Walmart employee making $15 an hour who needs to cover car insurance that’s over due. You can be happy at all walks of life. Gosh I found happiness living on the street. I was also stuck, but I had less worry. I suggest we work to stop guilting the billionaires, and see if we could work with them to directly affect the happiness of the everyday American.

This isn’t a charity, this is an idea to help directly fund happiness to those who are drowning. This would arrive if you were to sacrifice your billion dollar status down to 500 million. Again I’m not a socialist, you can keep your money, but the billionaire could also now see a direct impact on the everyday American.

How would you manage this? This would provide the Authorities work on bettering the community. They could verify the needs of those who would request life assist. That’s my idea.

    Questions for job filler:

Just be straight up, did you get my resume. yes or no. Then respond to us why we are not a good fit, then we can adjust our resume. Let’s support each other, better or different.

Limit the resume entries per job website ( change experience & call/response per website )

Tell us you will get back to us, then actually get back to us.

Don’t look at background checks as a bad thing, just ask what you learned from it. Most of us just want a second chance. I have a minor record, and it has held me back mentally from applying for work, because of the rate of failure I assumed exists in the job market for those with a record. I’m still college educated, I just had a blip. Can you see past that? I learned to accept people for who they are. I didn’t feel accepted by many companies just because it takes awhile to explain my story. if in fact trouble arrives with a person with a record, then there would be means for letting that person go, but what if we supported those people after deflation. we need to exist in a culture that supports those who fall off the wagon a bit. I support the idea of looking past background checks, and seeing a person for a person. I didn’t say i didn’t support firing someone. Just if you want a chance out there at success, and your stuck in the system. we at nitw media, would like to vouch for your ability to prove yourself to any employer. We the people need to support we the people better.

What about a list of just odd jobs, we could collect data directly from like craig’s list, and list those odd jobs on job websites too

  • Well many of your employees are struggling to buy groceries. Can we raise minimum wage. $15 an hour minimum for small business, then $20 minimum if your business is or becomes larger. Or can we provide basic needs benefits. What did I say there that was controversial. Just a suggestion. Where can we move discussion from that? Just save a bunch of millions or billions. then invest the rest into your business or businesses or craft/art. we call this we the people. invest in people.

What Dave Portnoy did with Barstool Sports fund was brilliant, and he did it whole heartedly for the businesses. Saying he did a good job in gathering support for the community. Invest in nitw & we can support small business like Dave helped out with. its called the barstool fund.
